About

Hello, I’m Hannah, founder of Born2Lead.

For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for all animals, particularly dogs. After completing an advanced technical diploma in animal management, I went into full time employment working with dogs in a number of care and training capacities. I own my own dog, Gavin, a Rottweiler, and undertook all of his initial and ongoing training which has resulted in a balanced, obedient and, above all, happy animal.

I founded Born2Lead as a way to pass on, to as many people as possible, the enormous satisfaction that comes from knowing you have a happy and trustworthy dog. Each time I am able to help an owner realise the true potential of their dog it gives me a great sense of gratification and drives me to continue to help as many other owners and dogs as I can.

At Born2Lead we have always believed in the concept of “Train Them, Don’t Blame Them” and that no dog is inherently untrainable. We have repeatedly found that behavioural problems often manifest themselves as a result of poor or no training and a lack of rules, boundaries and expectations.

Hello, I’m Gavin-the-Rottweiler and Hannah’s Best Friend

I have been at Hannah’s side since I was a small puppy only, only 8 weeks old. At first, I was a little bit unruly and maybe even a bit headstrong. But with mum’s guidance and patience I have learned what is acceptable and proper behaviour and find that I am now, so much happier and contented. I would highly recommend Born2Lead to any of my fellow doggy friends, it will give you a much more balanced life.
